					Nice boutique hotel with updated room that was very clean and modern. Small terrace area to enjoy the Barcelona sun. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Super friendly! 					Extra stars for the location, services and staff, the rooms itself are very small and tight and almost no place to walk around. It felt cramped inside staying for 2 days, i am glad it was a short stay, any longer we would have to change our hotel.

					We loved our stay at Maldà! It was clean, the staff was attentive and kind. The location cannot be beat. Right in the gothic quarter (a must see anyway) you can get to any attraction fast and easily. With the metro right there, it makes it a must stay location. We will be back!

					Very quiet and understated hotel in a brilliant part of the old gotic quarter. Look for the lift which looks like it goes to the cinema in the market entrance to the right. Its like the secret acess to Bruce Wayne's apartment.Downstairs the market is busy and well market like, upstairs is quiet and old world. The reception serves as a place for coffee and morning cakes. A simple but adequate way to start the day. The reception room is old posh Barcelona.Our bedroom was small - a bit annoying small if you were here all week but a tantalising sliver of a view down to the cathedral, very plush and an amazing shower. The hotel was friendly, reserved and quiet.There are plenty of places to explore for eats and drinks in the area.One to recommend.

					Central location to most major sites based on walking, bus or metro.With Reception 24/7 and elevator accessible only to hotel guests, we always felt safe. Speaking of safe, it is very convenient to have your own IN ROOM SAFE to protect your valuables. The mini fridge and Nespresso coffee machine are additional special touches.Friendly and helpful staff for all your needs.A very clean and spacious establishment offering coffee, juice and fresh pastries every morning.Very much appreciated is the filtered water throughout the day.The bed felt just like a cloud, just like at home.We will stay here when we visit Barcelona again.In the meantime we will highly recommend Malda Singular Hotel to all of our family and friends.

					Great hotel in the center of Barcelona.The location is perfect, the rooms are nice and very clean.We need a place to stay for one day and this was perfect for our needs and most important - the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

					Great I really enjoyed the hotel, while super basic amenities I was really there for the city not the hotel. I will note the room never stayed cold and we were made aware there were issues with the ac. Also noted mold in the shower in the bathroom. But our room was always tidy when we came back from a day out

					Love Malda Singular Hotel!! We had an amazing time at Malda Singular Hotel. The rooms were so nice, the service was top of the line. They helped us get our taxi when we needed to check out to go to our cruise port. The desk shared a map of places to go in Barcelona. They had pastries if you wanted a bite before exploring the town. Location is central to many walkable attractions, restaurants, bars, and shops! We would definitely stay again.

					Great location, relaxing decor Great location and lovely decor. Love the rain shower but a shower cap would have been good for us girls! Not the easiest to find as it's inside a gallery and the main gates close at night.

					Lovely stay in a beautifully designed room. Amazing bed, pillows, linens. Was delighted with the room decor and size. Great location, although if we had never been to Barcelona before it might be a little confusing to find if coming in late at night. I had a wonderful stay with my teenager. Will be back 🙂

					Couldn't have asked for a better last minute hotel in Barcelona! They were able to accommodate an early check-in, and even upgraded me for free when I was checking in!! The room is gorgeous with ~12 foot ceilings, crown molding, and floor to ceiling windows and a Juliette balcony. Clean, comfortable, beautiful.While we waited for the room to be done being cleaned, the reception manager chatted with us and gave some great advice for how to best navigate the city for the plans we had that day. He also provided recommendations for other areas to check out, and we really appreciated the local knowledge!Great location - couldn't be more centrally located.

					Worth a stsy Hotel is very quiet. Rooms are immaculate . Very nicely located in the Gothic section. Breakfast could have been better (just a few pastries) but will still good.

					Would stay again! The hotel was beautiful and secure on the second floor. Reception was so good and helped me choose a restaurant which was delicious. Communication before I arrived was very helpful. Having a room, coffee and water for free was a nice touch. Reception help me order taxi, which was appreciated.

					Lovely hotel situated in the heart of the gothic quarter The hotel was quite nice- beautiful decor, comfortable bed, spacious shower. The front deck staff were also very friendly. Daniel checked me in to the hotel and we had a great chat.

					Barcelona Palace We had an amazing stay! The taxi's would not drop us off on the street due to the construction, but I called the hotel and the manager was very kind and so helpful! He even walked down through the gallery corridor to help us find our way! He was also extremely accommodating helping us to retrieve a lost cell phone that was left in the taxi. Very helpful with directions as well! I loved the hotel and the history behind it all! The hotel was very helpful with calling taxi's for us to get picked up. The room was comfortable and gorgeous and in a very walkable area for shopping and restaurants and sightseeing! 🙂 🙂

					Great Boutique Hotel This is a beautiful boutique hotel in the middle of the Gothic Quarter with lots of great shopping and restaurants right out the front door. The lobby and rooms are completely remodeled, the guest rooms are modern and very comfortable, especially the beds and linens.

					Helpful staff, comfortable place to land, and wake up to excellent coffee! We truly enjoyed the extra large rooms, free amazing coffee, and comfortable bed. But the best part was the friendly staff. They were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially when we first arrived and the taxi delivered us to a "close but not there" location. The front desk staff came to find us and escorted us back to the hotel. After traveling for 17 hours and not speaking the language the "rescue" made all the difference in our experience!

					Charming Boutique Escape in Barcelona We had a wonderful stay at the Maldà Singular Hotel and would absolutely return. The location in the heart of the Gothic Quarter couldn’t be better—you’re steps from charming alleyways, lively plazas, and fantastic restaurants, but the hotel itself feels like a peaceful hideaway from the bustle outside. Our room was stylish, spotless, and surprisingly quiet given the central location. The bed was very comfortable, and we loved the thoughtful touches—from the complimentary drinks to the warm welcome at check-in. The staff were kind, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay memorable. If you’re looking for a boutique experience with a perfect mix of history, charm, and comfort, Maldà Singular is a hidden gem. Highly recommended!

					Welcoming boutique hotel Hotel was great, staff helpful with very personalized service.helpful, room was small but not surprised as it is a boutique hotel in city center. Bathroom had amenities, room has a coffee maker, and the bed was very comfortable. Location great.

					Pleasant short stay Short stay for 1day trip to BCN. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was plenty big for 1 night stay. We were there mostly to shower and sleep. Didn't get the Expedia VIP room upgrade, but they explained it was high season, so we didn't mind. They did offer a late check out, which was nice.

					Lovely boutique hotel in a perfect location Lovely boutique hotel in a perfect location, close to everything but on a quiet street. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable common area makes up for the lack of working space in the otherwise nicely equipped rooms. Restaurants and cafes close by, including all-day service, as are attractive public squares, the Ramblas, and the Liceu metro stop. Would gladly stay here again.
