Cancellation Policy

Maldà Singular Hotel Policy  

• Cancellation Policy Flexible Rate   

Cancellation should be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. If you do not cancel by the deadline or no- show, you will be charged for the first night’s of your reservation.  

The hotel reserves the right to check the validity of your credit card details before your arrival. This Pre-authorisation is not a charge, it’s a standard procedure, the amount of the first night might be charged and the value of this charge will be returned immediately once the verification has been made.  

At the time of check-in the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.   

• Cancellation Policy Semi-Flexible Rate   

Cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If you do not cancel by the deadline or no-show, you will be charged with the full amount of the booked stay.  

One change of dates of stay is permitted by informing the hotel directly at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.   

The hotel will charge your credit card 14 days prior to arrival for the total amount of your stay.  

• Cancellation Policy Prepaid Rate   

Prepaid rate bookings carry a special discount offer and cannot be cancelled.   

One change of dates of stay is permitted by informing the hotel directly at least 48 hours prior to the expected date of arrival, except for bookings in July and August.  

The hotel will charge the total amount of the stay to your credit card during the booking process.
